We
had microteaching class last week. Personally, I felt not really satisfied,
because it was just short simulation of my lesson plan so I couldn’t know
whether my learning activity was success and effective. If only we had more
time, we could find more things to be learned.
As
Ms. Ine said, we did good jobs. There were a lot of creativities in learning
which we used. The groups used the learning model for each. At first, we predicted
that it was only one method being used in the microteaching. Actually, we were
just blocked in one perception; we just guessed that each group just applied
one model in its microteaching. After the microteaching already finished, I was
a bit shocked when Ms. Ine said that the groups combined some models in the microteaching.
In fact she was right, because my group and I didn’t really sensitive of that.
Heeeemmmmmmbbbbbbb,,,,,
I just remember that the lesson plan which we had already created before was
not given any feedback from Ms. Ine. Even I didn’t know it was already a good
lesson plan or not, in writing and also organizing. Yes, we are good in any
microteaching, role play and acting out any learning activity, but we are not
too good in written organizing.
From
those above, as I asked to Ms. Ine about other teacher candidates around
whether they learn it also, it is a pretty pity for them if they don’t learn
this. yes, it is not only learning about the material or content of subject,
but also learning to create an effective learning. If only everyone knows how our
learning here is,,,,,,,,,,,
