Funny things #Day22

(Aug 27th, 2020 on the way home from Pangkor Island)

I was on a bus and it was dropping some passengers at one of the bus stations in Malaysia. My friend and I looked around to check where we were exactly because we were not familiar with the surroundings or could hear the driver mentioned the bus station name. Then, all of a sudden, I spotted a group of people, a man and two women were taking a wefie (capturing a picture together using the front camera).

One snap

Two snaps

The thing was that there was a little girl there in the middle front of them following them to pose. In fact, she was actually still a little and a lot shorter than the other three adults, so she was definitely not captured by the camera.

At a different time, another thing happened right in front of me when I saw a couple, a wife and a husband, taking some selfies on the way boarding onto the airplane. I was just smiling covered by my mask? Why? Because a boy was annoyed and cranky there to the parents. I wasn't sure if it was because he wasn't invited to join in the picture, or maybe he was tired and wanted to get the parents to get into the airplane soon. Well, you know kids.

What I can see from here is that sometimes I may feel hurt, sad, disappointed, or even angry because of what happens to me, but I think it would make me feel better if I could take just a step back from the situation to have or give a bit distance from it so that I can see is from a bigger and wider angle. In other words, I can look at it from a third-person point of view. I am sure that it is highly possible my response would change into a more positive one, well at least I can see the funny or hillarious side of it.
